Legal Link now provides Registered office and Agent for Service representation. For all Extra-Provincial Corporations (Class 3), Legal Link will be listed as the Agent for Service for your corporation. When dealing with domestic companies, we will also act as the registered office of the corporation in order to receive any notices or service of process.
Legal Link will also provide you with a documented history of any legal process received: the date on which process was served, the type of action, the solicitor involved, the response, if required, under the rules of civil procedure, and who the documents were directed to in your organization. |
